Oral surgery in Pagosa Springs

Having good oral hygiene is key to not only your dental health, but your overall health as well. Not only are we a dentistry that offers implant services, but we also have other basic dentist services as well, such as extractions and root canal therapy. Let Pagosa Dental Implant Center give you a reason to show off those new pearly whites.

Cosmetic filling

When you get a cavity, it needs to be filled up with a filling. Let us hide your cavity with a cosmetic filling that matches the original color of your tooth.

Are your teeth looking a bit gray or stained from drinking coffee? Get a brighter smile by using our custom whitening tray for just a few weeks to see great results.

For teeth that are heavily decayed past needing fillings or bonding, a crown may be needed. Getting a crown done can help strengthen your teeth — they last for 10 to 15 years.

If you have chipped, worn-down, or misaligned teeth, veneers may be the answer to your problems. Veneers can help your teeth look more uniform and white.

Dental bridges are made up of two or more crowns on either side of the gap in your mouth. These are often used in order to replace your missing teeth to give you a complete smile.

Our dental office does both full and partial dentures, depending on your needs. These can be put in and taken out whenever you need to talk or eat.

Root canals

Root canals are done on teeth that have infected and inflamed pulps. Getting one done in time can help save your natural tooth and protect your other ones from excessive wear or strain.

Extractions/Oral Surgery

If your tooth is too badly damaged or decayed, an extraction may be the only choice left. We may also choose to extract your teeth if your mouth is too crowded for all your teeth to fit.

Hygiene maintenance

Our friendly staff can help you establish a dental hygiene routine that is best for you. We also provide periodontal cleanings and treatment so your teeth stay clean and healthy.

Gum therapy (non-surgical)

Gum therapy is done in order to treat gum disease. Our dentist will clean between the gums and your teeth, and will go all the way down to the root for a thorough cleaning.
